It's already been reported that Halle Berry will go bald for her upcoming romantic comedy Nappily Ever After, about a woman so fed up with her hair she shears it all off. But it was news to me that she's only got one shot to do it right.
"I'll be shaving my head on camera," she said, all giddy, slumber-party style. "It will be at the end of the summer. I can't wait."
Me, neither. And yay for me for resisting the chance to make a Britney Spears joke. Alas, the leading man of Nappily has yet to be cast. Halle said she's always wanted to work with Denzel Washington. I would like to see her flirt it up with him, or maybe someone really unexpected, like Paul Rudd.
